  1. Primero. CORREGIR las referencias al mes de emision del Diario Oficial Ndeg 46.673 de 2007, contenidas en las paginas 2 y 19 de la sentencia C-131 de 2009, de manera tal que se entienda que la fecha de dicha publicacion es junio 28 de 2007.
  2. Segundo. Que en vista de lo anterior, el parrafo inicial del capitulo II de la pagina 2 correspondiente a los antecedentes de la sentencia C-131 de 2009, queda asi:
  3. "A continuacion se trascribe el texto de las normas demandadas, resaltando los apartes acusados.

  8. Tercero. Igualmente el parrafo final de la pagina 19 de las consideraciones de la sentencia C-131 de 2009, queda asi:

"A este respecto le asiste razon al Ministerio Publico, pues se constata que la accion fue interpuesta en tiempo, toda vez que esa ley fue publicada en el Diario Oficial Ndeg 46.673 de junio 28 de 2007, y la presente accion publica de inconstitucional que ahora se decide fue incoada en junio 27 de 2008. En consecuencia, desde este punto de vista, resulta viable proceder al analisis de todos los cargos de la demanda."
